AND I REALLY SWEAT IT OUT.

While Chang meet up with Hing.
we regroup at CCK and took 307 over.
the gym is gosh...crowded!
did quite a number of STUFF before i went on a RUNNNN
3.4 KM leh~
bwahahhahaha smiply FUN.
got dinner @ wang zai
and we all head back for an early night (:
