in my opinion, maybe they should do smth about the F&B section,
competition from Bugis Junction, Bugis Street, The Market Behind, and the Steam Boat area near TOPONE is really competitive.
maybe a marketing strategy must be proposed so as to ensure survival and profit.
hope they break even soon.
